New semester has started and so are new words as well. All of the kids are back at school and we are able to put full effort in mastering the presented words and sentences. Some of the kids are quite familiar with key words, but for majority it's still a new chapter.

As for the beginning of each class we have our warm up songs to get their body moving, blood rushing and sleepy time ending. Among kids favorite ones are: “Walking-walking, one little finger, head shoulders knees and toes and phonics song”.

Them we switch to flashcards. The flashcard is presented to each child so they can repeat the word. Pronunciation is punctual in this case. So to make sure we got it right, they repeat saying the word until it's pronounced correctly.

Last step in mastering the words is by utilizing books as seen in the photos. Kids learn to recognize the key words related to kindergarten and to cross, circle and point accordingly.
