Second class we used our time to make paper lanterns.

Kids learned about scissor, paper, pencil,glue and lantern. First we took one red paper, each.

Then we draw the line to mark the edge of cutting point. Next thing was to cut the marked lines so that we can have the general figure.

 After this it was time for glue, so that we can get the final shape.

Kids were very thrilled about making them as it was something new to do, but also because they had to master new skills, such as cutting the paper and gluing the same afterwards. 

     The shape of the lantern was finally there and so was the smile on their faces. :)
